Annual intruder alarm maintenance packages
A maintenance contract will ensure that your intruder alarm is inspected and tested once a year, and can often pre-empt issues with your alarm system which would otherwise require an emergency call-out. Even if your burglar alarm was installed by another company, we are happy to take over and maintain any kind of security system. A take over fee applies which covers an engineer visiting your property to inspect, test and reprogramme your alarm. All of our engineers are trained to service a wide range of intruder alarm products, you can rely on us to deal quickly and efficiently with any existing faults and issues you may be experiencing, and to keep your alarm system working.
There are many intruder alarm maintenance packages for you to choose from depending on your requirements and budget. Alarm maintenance is renewed annually, so you will never find yourself tied in to a contract if you don’t feel that our service delivers value for money. Don’t forget that maintenance will highlight and reduce defects, give you peace of mind and give you more redress if something goes wrong.
Monitoring & Response Centre
We offer a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week remote monitoring and response service using highly trained and experienced staff. The Monitoring and response centre is based in Oxford and provides support and protection for any domestic or commercial premises right around the clock.
The alarm system connects to a receiving centre, so if your alarm is triggered, they will be notified. The receiving centre will first of all contact your first telephone number asking for your password identification. If this is incorrect or no one answers, either they will take action, inform the keyholder(s), or call the police, depending on what type of contract you have.
