If your burglar alarm sounds for no apparent reason or you are having problems with your alarm system. For example your alarm should not sound just because there’s a power cut, if it does there is most likely a maintenance issue. We offer an emergency call out service to disable, disarm, reset your burglar alarm system. We also carry out burglar alarm servicing, maintenance and repairs. All work is quoted before it is carried out, so you always know the total cost!

If you don’t hold a current contract with us you can call us between 08.00 and 21.00 – if calling out of hours please leave an answerphone message and we will call you back.

Our Emergency Burglar Alarm Service is available within a 25 miles radius of Haddenham, Buckinghamshire and all towns and villages in-between.

However, most of our clients find it more cost effective to have a maintenance contract that will ensure that your intruder alarm is inspected and tested once a year.  An annual maintenance contract can often pre-empt issues with your alarm system which would otherwise require an emergency call-out.

However if you hold a current contract with us our telephone support is 24 hour. Please do quote your name and reference number when you call us out of hours.

Alarm Monitoring Service

We can also offer alarm monitoring services to keep an eye on your system for you. There are more details in our services page but in a nutshell, alarm monitoring is where your alarm can call or text several telephone numbers if it is activated. Having us monitor your alarm means that we can respond to the alarm accordingly. In the event there has been a break-in we have the ability to call relevant services and secure your property.
